Do you offer free shipping on all orders?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders through USPS or UPS. 

When will my order ship out?

We do our best to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 3 business days. During holidays and sales, this can be slightly longer. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing your order on the following business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

When will I receive my order?

Transit times start from the date the order is shipped.

How do I track my order?

Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking on your order. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us so we can help you track your order.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We are so sorry to hear that your product did not arrive in perfect condition! For purchases made on www.loganandlenora.com, please email us (hello@loganandlenora.com) a description of the issue along with pictures and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Returns + Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want each and every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us.* All US orders get free shipping for returns or one exchange within 100 days of shipping. Upon receiving the return/exchange, we'll need 2-3 business days to process your refund or exchange. Expedited shipping is non-refundable.

*Personalized products are final sale. We do not accept exchanges or returns on embroidered bags. 

How do I return an item?

How do I update an order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee order cancellations or changes. Please email us at hello@loganandlenora.com if you need to make a change or cancel your order, and we’ll do our best!

How do I use a promo code?

You can enter your promo code at checkout. Enter the code exactly how it appears & be sure to hit the “Apply” button. Promo codes cannot be combined and will not apply to sales items unless otherwise specified.

International Orders

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and carrier options will be available at checkout and are calculated based on your location and the order weight. We do our best to offer affordable rates for all international shipments.

Please note that all prices on our sites are USD.

Can I return my order from outside the US?

Absolutely! If you don’t love your Logan + Lenora bag, you can return it back to us within 100 days of shipping. We do not cover the cost of return shipping, but you can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like. Please email us at hello@loganandlenora.com with your order number to get started on your return.

You will also want to obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever carrier you choose so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered.


What forms of payment do you accept?

LoganandLenora.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Afterpay and Logan + Lenora Store Credit.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-priced merchandise purchased through LoganandLenora.com within seven days of the sale date. Just give us a call or shoot us an email with your order number and we will take care of it! Items not purchased at full price or not purchased through LoganandLenora.com are ineligible for price adjustments. Items purchased using a promo code cannot be price adjusted.

Where are your bags manufactured?

Our amazing production team constructs all of the bags at our in-house workshop right here in Denver, Colorado.

What do you mean by Performance Fabrics?

Great question! We’re referring to our Waterproof Lining and Performance Poly Canvas outer fabric. You can check out more information about our performance fabrics here.

Do your bags contain PVC, BPA or phthalates?

No way. Our bags are free of PVC, BPA and phthalates.

Which bags are carry-on compliant?

The Duffel, Weekender Tote, Daytripper ToteBeach Tote, Commuter and Mini Commuter are all considered carry-on compliant for most major airlines, although you may want to double-check dimensions with individual airline specifications:

The Mini Commuter is the smallest option measuring 10"H x 11"W x 5”D. This size is considered a personal item on all airlines and can fit under the seat.

The Commuter is 12"H x 13.5"W x 5.5”D. This size is considered a personal item on all airlines and can fit under the seat.

The Daytripper Tote is 14”H x 14”W x 6.5”D. This size is considered a personal item on most airlines and can fit under the seat.

The Weekender Tote is 17”H x 16”W x 8”D. It is considered carry-on compliant, but must be stored in the overhead compartment.

The Duffel is 13”H x 19”W x 9”D. It is considered carry-on compliant, but must be stored in the overhead compartment.

The Beach Tote is 14”H (expands to 16”H) x 16”W x 8”D. It is considered carry-on compliant, but must be stored in the overhead compartment.

How heavy are the bags?

All of our travel bags are extremely lightweight (weighing between 12 oz and 1.5 lbs) and can pack flat for easy storage and transport.


Are your bags waterproof?

Yes! All of our bags feature our specially formulated waterproof lining. The lining has a double coating of waterproof barrier material which is then thermally applied to a flexible poly knit base fabric. During construction, all seams are thermal sealed for watertightness. The end result is stronger, safer and softer.

How do I care for my Logan + Lenora bags?

All of our bags are machine washable (yes, you read that right!). Just remove the tassel and strap, pull the lining inside out, wash on cold and machine dry for 10-20 minutes.


Can I place a group or corporate order?
